Public Facebook video URLs
The analyzer works with supported links that resolve directly to publicly viewable video posts. Group-only, friends-only, private, expired, and deleted videos cannot be accessed.
Availability and quality
Facebook can expose different streams according to the post and viewing context. The selector lists detected qualities only; unavailable HD cannot be created from a lower-resolution source.
How to use the downloader
Open the public post, choose Copy link, paste it above, and select a detected format. If the URL opens a general feed instead of one post, copy the post link again.

Can I use a link from a private group?
No. Content requiring group membership or a signed-in session is not supported.
Why is HD missing?
The source may expose only a standard-definition stream for that post or viewing context.
Are Facebook Live replays supported?
A finished, public replay may work when its media is accessible. Active or restricted broadcasts may not.
